Drew Pragin moves into Auggie's old apartment and clashes with Lauren, and more upset when he the newest resident at the hospital. Lauren rescues Michael after he misread the chart when the patient is allergic to penicillin. Amanda's learns her financial situation is in dire straits. Riley asks Ben for a job, which infuriates Amanda. David receives life-changing by reading a letter from Vanessa saying he's Noah's father not Michael. Lauren learns someone paid off her tuition, and says to Michael she can't take his money. Jonah calls Riley wanting her to come and meet Owen as to his request. A fight breaks out between David and Michael, after the truth about Noah's paternity comes out. Ella makes an unrealistic demand of Jonah that backfires. Wendi calls Lauren she wants her for a job tonight.
